BASE Kranjska Gora
The apartment is situated in a big house, built in alpine style in 2012. It is located in the second floor and has a big balcony, from where you can see majestic mountain Špik, after which one of the rooms is named. Interior design is a mixture of Slovenian traditional alpine hut-style and modern apartment. The pictures that decorate the walls are from our adventures in the nearby area. Artwork, made of pure Slovenian forest moss, will bring you beneath the canopies of spruce trees. We also offer you easy accessible locked storage room in a basement for your bikes, skis and other sport equipment.
Our apartment sleeps up to eight people. We have two bunk beds in room Jalovec where four people can sleep and one king-size bed in the master bedroom Špik. In the living area there is also a couch which can be extended into a bed. One bathroom, one modern kitchen and a big balcony.
The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of greenery just outside the main door. There is river Pišnica 1 minute of walking distance away, which you can also see from the balcony. To get to the center of Kranjska Gora it takes a 5 minutes walk, but if you don’t feel like walking and would like to have some delicious pizza there is Maraton pizzeria 300m away from apartment. If you are dedicated cyclist, you must check out the most famous cycling path that goes by our house and leads to Laghi di Fusine in Italy. Gas station and market are both few hundred meters away from the apartment.
